Day 47 (5/7/11)

After a fantastic night’s sleep we woke up, made some breakfast (I made scrambled eggs with leftover beef and onions!) and left for a market. It was a pretty cool indoor market that had tons of clothes and shoes around the outside and then a lot of fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses inside. We walked around for a little while just enjoying the atmosphere and looking at all the yummy food for a while before heading back home. After we dropped off the stuff we got we made a quick run to the grocery store since we had space in our fridge for our own food again, and had a quick lunch of fresh baguettes with oil and vinegar (a two-foot baguette is 50 eurocents!). After finishing lunch I caught up on blogging stuff since I was so tired/busy the last two days before doing the last reading and catching up on more TV. The rest of the day was pretty uneventful aside from some organizing, relaxing, and working on my travel log.
